We can now mark November 15 for the American & Canadian launch date of the much-anticipated PlayStation 4 (November 29 in Europe and Latin America). For the European launch, the countries on the list are Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. For Latin America, gamers in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama and Peru, will be able to enjoy playing with the upcoming next-generation game console.
The prices (US$ 399, Canada$ 399, € 399, and £ 349) were announced recently during the Sony presentation at Gamescom 2013.
The console will come pre-installed with The Playroom, a software that will teach users how to use the features of the DualShock 4 controller. This app will also come with content for users of the PlayStation Camera, such as AR Bots and Play with Asobi.
And perhaps already anticipated by many, Sony mentioned the new price of the PlayStation Vita ($199).
