While a large percentage of PC gamers now prefer to get their titles the digital way, there are still some who prefer to buy the physycal copy of a game. However, those who prefer to put the discs on their PCs are running out of luck.

As of April 4th, users of EA’s digital game distribution service will no longer be able to buy physical game discs, says a post on the Origin web site.

According to EA, if you are one of the few gamers who prefer buying physical copies, “we want to let you know that Origin won’t be able to fulfill that need beginning April 4th. We’ll still be here when you transition your gaming habits to the wonders of digital downloads.”
