Yesterday, Microsoft announced it has enabled the ability to stream games from Xbox One to Windows 10 computers and devices.
While this feature has been in use for certain users already, the ones in the Xbox One Preview Program, people who only signed up for the Windows 10 Technical Preview program and download the Xbox app can now have access to the mentioned feature. All others who upgrade their OS to Windows 10 can get the app starting on July 29.
The Xbox app on Windows 10 includes various features you may be used to, such as Party Chat, My Games, OneGuide, Achievements, Activity Alerts, Messages, Game DVR, plus the addition of Connect (to your Xbox One).
Users of Windows 10 will need the version number 7.7.16004.00000 of the Xbox app. The latest version available as of this writing is 7.7.17003.00000.
Check out the Xbox Wire post for instructions on how to enable the game streaming from your Xbox One console to your PC. Some PCs may need better graphic cards to achieve the feature.
