As the year 2016 is coming to an end, Yahoo! released today the top 10 most-searched terms on Yahoo!’s Year in Review used by the online Spanish-language audience worldwide. As one of the top sources of news, Yahoo follows its tradition of sharing a list of the main topics and events people have been searching for this year.
According to Yahoo!, Papa Francisco and Copa América reached the top spots in search, while El Chapo Guzmán, Papa Francisco and the US elections were the most-search words in Mexico. For Latinos in the US, the US elections, Venezuela and Cuba were the most important topics.
