It was a great night for Blizzard Entertainment at The Manalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas as Overwatch wins Game of the Year at the 2017 DICE Awards.

At the event, Overwatch and Uncharted 4 were the top winners at DICE with four awards each, followed by Inside with three awards (among them, the D.I.C.E Sprite Award, given to “a game with limited resources for development and exposure”). As expected, Pokémon GO won best Mobile Game of the Year and Street Fighter V for Best Fighting Game.

For the first time, new categories were added for virtual reality games. SuperHot VR received the award for Immersive Reality Game of the Year and Eagle Flight for Immersive Reality Technical Achievement.
