[EN]: Rockstar announced this morning the release date of the upcoming sequel of its best well-known franchise. Grand Theft Auto V, for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360), will be launched on September 17 worldwide. The main reason for the 4-month delay, as it was expected to make its debut in the spring, is “to allow additional development time,” according to its press release.
On its web site, the company ask fans to “please accept our apologies for the delay, and our promise that the entire team here is working very hard to make the game all it can be. We are doing all we can to help ensure it will meet if not exceed your expectations come September – we thank you for your support and patience.”
The press release makes no mention of the game launch for the Wii U and PC.
