Today was a good day for Wii U games. Not only did we see more trailer of soon-to-be-released games like Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze, but also more about Bayonetta 2, coming later this year, and a new fighter in Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U and 3DS, also to be released this year. For the first time ever in any game, all of Bowser’s seven Koopalings are playable characters. Players with a taste for being bad can get ready to challenge gravity on the race track with Iggy, Larry, Lemmy, Ludwig, Morton, Roy and Wendy. The game launches in stores and in the Nintendo eShop on May 30.
Wii U – Bayonetta 2: Did You Miss Me?
A new trailer for the title from Platinum Games showed off some new game features. The game is scheduled to launch later this year.
Wii U – Nintendo Minute – 1001 Spikes Developer Chat
Nintendo: We had the chance to sit down with some awesome eShop developers and talk about their games. Here, we’re chatting with Tyrone Rodriguez from Nicalis about his latest game 1001 Spikes. Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U Champion of the Ring
Little Mac, the hero of the Punch-Out!! boxing games, will make his first appearance as a playable character in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. game. The game will launch in stores and in the Nintendo eShop on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS in 2014.
