After four years at the company, PlayStation VP Adam Boyes is leaving Sony to return to game development. As the VP of Publisher and Developer Relations, he was also responsible for allowing indie developers self-publish their titles on PlayStation.
Boyes will return to game development once again, this time at an indie developer. Before Sony, he worked for Capcom, Midway and EA Canada.
PlayStation fans may recognize him for the video in which he and Sony President Shuhei Yoshida showed how easy it is to share non-digital games with friends.
After an incredible journey here at PlayStation, I've made the very hard decision to return to the world of game development!
