Nintendo announced that the upcoming Maximus Cup event for Tetris 99 is a Splatoon crossover.
The 5th Maximus Cup event will be coming to the Nintendo Switch starting on July 12 at 12 am PT and ending on July 15 at 11:59 pm PT.
Players not subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online will have to earn 100 event points by playing during this period to be able to unlock an Splatoon in-game theme. Meanwhile, NSO memebers have to simply play the online mode during this period.
