Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have joined Square Enix, Capcom, EA, and other game companies in support of the Black community due to the death of George Floyd and the many protests here in the US and worldwide as well. Many of them are donating to the NAACP and/or Black Lives Matter.
Some companies are also taking extra steps:
* Capcom: Capcom Pro Tour Online postponed for this weekend.
* Activision: Removal of racist IDs and COD League tournament postponed.
* EA: Contribution to NAACP, new volunteer program, and Community Conversation for the entire company.
* Itch.io: 18 teams of independent developers have come together to support #BlackLivesMatter and the National Bail Fund Network.
