Opening of Super Nintendo World postponed due to COVID-19

Universal Studios Japan announced today the opening of Super Nintendo World has been postponed due to an emergency declaration since January 13 in Osaka.

Due to the state of emergency, the new Nintendo attraction will make its debut after February 4.

The new attraction will be opened after the state of emergency is lifted. A new date was not announced.

This announcement comes almost a week after Shigeru Miyamoto showed fans a preview of Super Nintendo World via Nintendo Direct.
