Square Enix’s RPG game Bravely Default II is coming to PC via Steam on September 2, the company announced today.
The announcement of the Steam version comes six months after the game’s original release on Nintendo Switch in North America.
For those unaware of the franchise, the first title made its debut on the Nintendo 3DS in 2012.
This time around, Bravely Default II takes place in a world completely different from the first two titles. According to Square Enix, “Bravely Default II follows the adventures of four unlikely heroes, Seth, Gloria, Elvis, and Adelle, as they set out across the land of Excillant in search of four elemental crystals.”
Also, this will be the first Bravery Default title coming to a non-Nintendo platform. In addition, a mobile title, Bravely Default: Brilliant Lights, is also making its way to iOS and Android.
PC users will be able to enjoy controller support and graphical resolution options.
Square Enix also is welcoming PC users with a 10% discount on the Steam version. The Steam pre-purchase offer ends on September 13. Check out the Bravely Default II page on Steam and at the links below the Steam trailer as well.
