Game developer Innersloth announced today its popular game Among Us is coming to PlayStation and Xbox platforms digitally on December 14.
Owners of PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles will be able to play along with friends this holiday season. It’ll be a great time to start battling friends who own the iOS, Android, Nintendo Switch and PC versions (via Steam, Epic Games Store, Windows Store, itch.io). Each version will cost $4.99 USD.
Besides the digital version coming to multiple platforms in December, physical editions were announced.
According to the post, the $29.99 USD Among Us Crewmate Edition (archive) will be available first. It’s coming to the UK and Europe on December 14, to Japan and South Korean on December 16, and to the US, Canada and Latin America on January 11, 2022.
Meanwhile, the $49.99 USD Among Us Impostor Edition (archive) and the $89.99 USD Among Us Ejected Edition (archive) are coming this Spring. The website Maximum Games Store mentions March 31, 2022 as the release date for the US version for these two editions.
The online multiplayer social deduction game was first released on iOS and Android in June 2018, with the Windows version in November of the same year. It became a popular title a few months after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic last year.
