Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl led the game sales chart in Japan for a fifth, straight week for the week of December 13-19, 2021.
After a week with no new games released, only three new games made their debut this time around.
Record of Lodoss War – Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth, published by Playsim, made its debut at #12 with 10,374 copies sold.
Meanwhile, PUI PUI Molcar Let’s! Molcar Party!, published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, landed at #13 with 10,184 copies sold.
A compilation of the horizontal shooter games, Deathsmiles I & II (デススマイルズ I & II), made it into the list at #22 with 6,122 copies sold. The games in the bundle were originally developed by Cave.
