Maxima joins Team K’ in The King of Fighters XV

SNK announced the return of Maxima in The King of Fighters XV, joining K’ and Whip as the last member of Team K’.

Maxima wears a high-end mechanical suit and can make lots of damage to his opponents. His heavy body is 80% mechanized, which makes him a very powerful fighter. His superhuman powers depend on technology. Some of his moves (such as grappling and striking) may come from pro wrestling. This time around, he showcases his new move called Maxima Charge.

Maxima made his debut in The King of Fighters ’99 and has appeared in various KOF titles since. Once again, he is voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi.
