At the end of the Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 2 anime, a trailer revealed the series will conclude with Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 3 in 2023.
The announcement says the conclusion will air on NHK next year. While the English title of the video shows Part 3, the Japanese word “kanketsuhen” appears, meaning “conclusion” or “finale.”
The anime series, based on the manga written by Hajime Isayama, started in 2013 in Japan with Wit Studio in charge of the first three seasons. Mappa took over the anime series since Season 4. In Japan, Attack on Series has aired on NHK.
According to Crunchyroll, the English dub of episode 87 (the last episode of Part 2 titled The Dawn of Humanity) will premiere on Sunday, May 1. Check out the Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3 teaser trailer right here.
