Famitsu released the data of Japan game console sales for the two-week period of April 25 to May 8, 2022. As expected, the three Nintendo Switch models sold in Japan led the charts along with the PlayStation 5 Standard Edition. Overall, there were 176,592 Switch consoles sold along with 452 Nintendo 2DS DLL units. Sony continued in second place with 49,978 PS5 and 81 PS4 consoles sold. Microsoft takes third place with 14,118 Xbox Series consoles. Each Xbox Series model is about to reach 100,000 units sold.
