Attack on Titan Final Season The Final Chapters Special 1 is now on Crunchyroll

After hours of delay, the long-awaited first episode of Part 3, also known as Attack on Titan Final Season The Final Chapters Special 1, is now available on Crunchyroll.

Fans had waited for hours for the arrival of the episode. The episode first aired in Japan on NHK. However, fans outside of Japan had to wait several hours to for any streaming platform to air the episode.

According to Crunchyroll, this is the first part of the grand series finale for the hugely popular anime series before it concludes later this fall.

The one-hour TV special became available at 6 p.m. EST today.

Crunchyroll shared the following official synopsis:

The fate of the world hangs in the balance as Eren unleashes the ultimate power of the Titans. With a burning determination to eliminate all who threaten Eldia, he leads an unstoppable army of Colossal Titans towards Marley. Now a motley crew of his former comrades and enemies scramble to halt his deadly mission, the only question is, can they stop him?
