[EN]: Weeks after the lower Delaware Court of Chancery put a hold on the Activision Blizzard / Vivendi deal due to a shareholder lawsuit, the Delaware Supreme Court reversed the decision earlier today. After this ruling, Activision Blizzard will be able to buy back most of the stakes owned by Vivendi for $8.2 billion. The deal will most likely be completed sometime next week (Oct.15th). Vivendi will be selling most of the 61% it still possesses. With the arrival of Call of Duty: Ghosts (one of its top franchises), Activision Blizzard has one more reason to celebrate.
