CD Projekt Red has released Cyberpunk 2077 Hotfix 1.06 which includes one very important update: avoid your save file from getting corrupted while playing on PC.
Due to an 8MB save file size limit, many PC players have been unable to resume gameplay. The message “Saved data is damaged and cannot be loaded” has disappointed many fans. After exceeding the limit, save files have gotten corrupted. Hopefully, this fix should help fans continue their adventure in Cyberpunk 2077.
Unfortunately, this hotfix for PC “won’t fix save files corrupted before the update.”
The second update in this hotfix will help consoles “improved memory management and stability, resulting in fewer crashes.”
Meanwhile, the third update will help fans in a game quest. “Dum Dum will no longer go missing from Totentanz entrance during Second Conflict.”
