PlayStation announced today a special Ghostwire: Tokyo presentation by Bethesda will take place this Thursday at 2 p.m. Pacific time / 5 p.m. Eastern.
The livestream will be seen via Twitch and YouTube.
A link to the YouTube page for the livestream states the game will make its PS5 debut on March 25, 2022. The video description also says the game can be pre-ordered starting today “for bonus content.”
The game is being developed by Tango Gameworks, a studio founded by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami.
This release date announcement comes months after a delay was announced in July 2021 because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic then.
Ghostwire: Tokyo was announced as a PlayStation-exclusive title in 2019. However, Tango Gameworks’ parent company ZeniMax Media was purchased by Microsoft in March of 2021.
