During the week of August 8-14, 2022, Nintendo Switch Sports grabbed the number one spot once again, however, no new games reached the Top 30 in the Japan game sale charts.
Overall, 18 of the Top 30 titles were published by Nintendo. while the remaining 12 games were published by other companies such as Square Enix, Capcom, Konami, Bandai Namco Entertainment, Koei Tecmo Games, and others.
