Unlike any other politician, US Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez opened up a Twitch channel to stream her gameplay of the popular online multiplayer social deduction video game “Among Us” to remind people to vote.

“Who would you want to watch in a game together? Anyone want to play Among Us with me on Twitch to get out the vote? (I’ve never played but it looks like a lot of fun),” she wrote.
How did she Ocasio-Cortez hear about the game? While we may not have an answer for that yet, she said she had not yet played it. However, it didn’t take her long to receive tweets from celebrities such as Pokimane and HasanAbi.
Let’s do it! I’ll set up and account and get some streaming equipment today

@Slasher noticed @AOC got her verified account on Twitch before reaching over 9000 followers.
