After AT&T, Tag Heuer and others said adiós to Tiger, EA decided to continue supporting the sport superstar. EA already had plans to continue with the release of its Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online game (a beta version of the game will be available later this month). After all, the Tiger golf games has provided EA with more than $600 million in earnings since their alliance started in the late 1990s. According to EA Sports President Peter Moore, Tiger is “still one of the greatest athletes in history.” 

EA didn’t want to let Tiger. Letting any other game company get him might have been a great mistake. Who knows, maybe EA believes Tiger’s return to the sport could bring a brighter future for the star and more earnings for EA Sports as well. Still, will we see a Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 this year?

Luego que AT & T, Tag Heuer y otros dijeran adiós a Tiger, EA decidió continuar el apoyo a la superestrella del deporte. EA ya tenía planes para continuar con el lanzamiento de su juego de Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online (una versión beta del juego estará disponible a finales de este mes).  Después de todo, los juegos de golf de Tiger han proporcionado a EA con más de $ 600 millones en los ingresos desde que su alianza se inició a finales de la década de 1990. Según el presidente de EA Sports, Peter Moore, Tiger “sigue siendo uno de los más grandes atletas de la historia.”
