The Wii gaming console impressed the industry and people in general since its arrival in the hands of millions of users since 2006. Because of Nintendo, a new facet in the history of electronic entertainment began, causing players of all ages off the couch and move and jump to play. With the sensor bar, the Wii Remote and the Nunchuk, the company managed to Japan once again succeed.

However, the competition learned and followed the steps of Nintendo to offer similar experiences.

Recently, after four years and some months since the launch of the Wii, there have been some rumors that have left many with their mouths open. According to two blog posts on gaming sites, Nintendo is introducing its next console games development companies, and maybe displayed at the Electronic Entertainment Expo, the annual exhibition of the games industry in Los Angeles, CA.

If it’s like both sites have indicated so far have, the next Wii (or whatever it gets to be called) would offer video in HD (high definition), a feature absent from Nintendo’s current home console, but the post says there are some conflicts reports about the quality of the graphics (if it’s better or not than the PS3 and Xbox 360’s). Another source, Gizmodo, indicates that next gaming system will be more powerful than current consoles. We just have to wait until the week of the expo.
