Sony / Quantic Dream: “BEYOND: Two Souls” @ Tribeca Film Festival – Videos & Pictures

[EN]: Sony Computer Entertainment and Quantic Dream were present yesterday at the Tribeca Film Festival to show more of their upcoming game called Beyond: Two Souls. In a panel discussion with Hollywood stars in the filming and making of the game, the director David Cage talked about his non-chronological narrative. The story is about 15 years in the life of Jodie Holmes (played by Ellen Page), her connection to a mysterious entity, what is life & death, and who she is. The  other actors and actresses in the game include Willem Dafoe (Platoon, Spider-Man), Kadeem Hardison (A Different World, The Dark Party) and Eric Winter (The Ugly Truth, The Mentalist).

Actor Willem Dafoe said: “This is a momentous event both in the world of gaming and in the history of the Tribeca Film Festival. BEYOND: Two Souls tells a beautiful story and the players can wholly participate in each scenario and choose the characters’ action. This game is unlike any project that I’ve ever been involved with before.”

En una mesa redonda con estrellas de Hollywood en la grabación y producción del juego, el director David Cage habló de su narrativa no cronológica. La historia es de 15 años en la vida de Jodie Holmes (interpretada por Ellen Page), su relación con una entidad misteriosa, qué es la vida y la muerte, y lo quién es ella. El resto de actores y actrices en el juego incluyen a Willem Dafoe (Platoon, Spider-Man), Kadeem Hardison (A Different World, The Dark Party) y Eric Winter (The Ugly Truth, The Mentalist).
