Nintendo has delayed the release of the turn-based strategy game Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp indefinitely.
This bundle is a remake of the original Advance Wars and its sequel Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising. Both GBA titles, developed by Intelligent Systems, received excellent reviews.
Though Nintendo is delaying the launch of both titles due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, this isn’t the first time it had a similar experience. The North American version of the original game made its debut in North America just one day before 9/11. The European version was released four months later. The Japanese version of both games were released as a bundle three years after the North American version.

Many fans on social media agree by saying Nintendo has made the right decision.
The game’s page on Nintendo.com (archive | screenshot) has changed the release date to “TBD” (to be decided). Also, many Nintendo social media accounts made the announcement for their respective regions.
