During the 505 Games Spring 2022 Showcase, the first ever in the company’s 15-year history, Patrice Bouédibéla introduced the titles coming in 2022 and 2023. The Italian game publisher was recognized in 2021 as one of the top 10 publishers on Metacritic.
In the 35-minute show, Bouédibéla and game developers introduced their titles and shared some detailed information of their development.
Along with the presentation video, the company distributed the following info of each title presented today with a short trailer for two games. However, it’s worth watching the entire presentation to learn more about the developers themselves and the games they are working on.
Among the Trolls
Among the Trolls is a first-person, survival, action-adventure game where the strange mysteries of Finnish forests are unraveled.
You play as either Alex or Anna, who travelled from the U.S. to Finland to visit their grandparents, living in an isolated cabin located among the towering trees. When you find that the cabin has been abandoned and your grandparents have vanished, you are pulled into a world of Nordic mythology and memories of childhood summers spent with your loved ones.
Embark on a quest to find your missing grandparents and learn how to survive in the wilderness, dealing with the supernatural creatures of Finnish mythology and the animistic nature of the world. Follow in your grandfather’s footsteps and discover the rune-singer within.
Break free from society and get lost in the woods — among the trolls.

Among the Trolls is being developed by Forbidden Studios, founded by Veli Kokkonen, and is expected to arrive later this year as an Early Access title on Steam. People at Forbidden Studios have worked previously on Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Fallout 4 and Vampire: The Masquerade. Kokkonen is also the game director and technical director.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is an action RPG set in the same world as Eiyuden Chronicle. It weaves together the pre-war tales of various characters who will eventually become your companions in Eiyuden Chronicle.
The game will introduce a portion of Eiyuden Chronicle’s cast of characters in an original story with thrilling action and engaging town-upgrading elements.
There will be some perks for players that link the game with Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes
Story:
Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising combines a thrilling adventure through ancient ruins with the tale of one town’s rise from the ashes.
Drawn by lenses and other treasure in the nearby Runebarrows, our heroes learn that the town is struggling to rebuild after an earthquake and decide to help. Along the way, they’ll resolve disputes between eager adventurers and wary locals who don’t think the Barrows should be disturbed. And they’ll learn more about each other’s reasons for seeking treasure, deepening their bonds in the process.
As you will learn, these Runebarrows hide a great secret that has fateful implications for one of the characters. What begins as a simple treasure hunt turns into a dark conspiracy that will shake the world and plant seeds that carry over into the main story of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.
