While the Switch OLED continued to maintain the lead in Japan game console sales for the week of November 7-13, 2022, the PlayStation 5 returned to second place once again.
During the mentioned week, Nintendo sold 58,171 OLED units, 25,050 Lite units, and 14,321 regular Switch units, for a total of 97,542 units. No other console maker was even close. However, the slight lead of the PS5 pushed the Switch Lite to third place. Sony was able to sell 25,665 PS5 units along with 3,051 PS5 Digital Edition units, for a total of 28,101 units. Meanwhile, Microsoft only sold 487 Xbox Series X units and 261 Xbox Series S units for a total of 748 units.
