During the recent Pokémon Direct 2.27.2023, The Pokémon Company announced Pokémon Sleep is coming this Summer.
Pokémon Sleep is being developed by the creators of the popular mobile game, Pokémon Go. The game will use a new device called the Pokémon GO Plus +, which will track your sleeping patterns and send that data to your phone. The device will also be able to function as a Pokémon Go Plus, allowing you to catch Pokémon without even taking your phone out of your pocket.
The goal of the game is to encourage players to get a good night’s sleep. The more someone sleeps, the better someone’s gameplay will be. So, instead of someone staying all night playing games, the person will be encouraged to get a good night’s sleep, which is essential for their health.
Pokémon Sleep will work with a brand-new Nintendo gadget nicknamed the Pokémon GO Plus +. The new gadget resembles a Pokéball and functions similarly to the Pokémon GO Plus and Pokéball Plus hardware that have already been introduced. When players go to sleep and wake up, they only need to press a button on their Pokémon GO Plus +. The gadget will have a built-in alarm and Pikachu melodies for bedtime.
The Pokémon GO Plus + will go on sale on July 14, 2023, and Pokémon Sleep will debut in the summer of 2023.
