Game publisher Modus Games and developers Giant Monkey Robot and ACE Team announced the release date for Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break. The tower defense game will be making its debut on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Google Stadia, and Steam (PC) on June 2.
The release date reveal video starts with the origins of Chilean game developer ACE Team according to founders Andrés, Carlos and Edmundo Bordeu. The video continues with Juan Pablo Lastra, Technical Director at Giant Monkey Robot, talking about his job with ACE Team.
In this new sequel, the game (featuring a Monte Python style of humor) will let players create their own levels, a feature new for the franchise. Also, a competitive tower defense will let players “build defenses and race to destroy your opponents in up to 4-player online multiplayer, or head-to-head in 2-player split-screen action.”
